BACKGROUND

The Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre created within the 'Science' National Project in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 dated May 7, 2018, is a consortium of four leading organisations in human potential research and includes: National Research University 'Higher School of Economics', Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA), Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology named after N.N. Miklouho-Maclay of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The Higher School of Economics is presented in the project by Institute for Social Policy, Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge, Institute for Cognitive Neuroscience, Institute of Education, Faculty of Geography and Geoinformation Technologies, and a number of international laboratories and research centers.
