XV International Academic Conference ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’ took place on November 12-14, 2025. The conference is organised by the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University).
The Conference addressed a broad range of topics in the domain of Science and Technology Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation policy-making, examined new approaches and instruments of R&D management and exchanged best practices of their application. The event brought together representatives of leading research and educational centers of the world, business community, and others.
The conference is organised in the framework of HSE University the world-class Scientific Center ‘Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre’, Strategic Project ‘National Centre for Socio-Economic and Science, Technology Foresight’ and UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.
