Pavel Bakhtin, graduated from Master's Programme ‘Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation’ in 2016. He now works as Deputy Head of the Information and Analytical Systems Unit of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK). STI Priority Setting in the EU Countries and the Russian Federation: Best Practices
The paper presents an analysis of best practices in STI priority setting in the EU member states (UK, Germany, and Finland) and in the Russian Federation; compares priority systems adopted by various European countries; and identifies prospective subject areas for further development of international cooperation.
