Foresight and STI Policy

On 19–20 October, 2016, Higher School of Economics will host its 6th international academic conference “Foresight and STI Policy”. The conference is organised by the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge which includes the International Research and Educational Foresight Centre, a Regional UNIDO centre for technology Foresight in Russia and the CIS.

Conference participants will discuss issues related to forming national S&T foresight systems, developing foresights for separate sectors of the economy, and creating new tools for science and technology policy.

The Foresight and STI Policy conference will feature a meeting of the International Advisory Board of HSE ISSEK Foresight Centre.
