Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy is an annual international academic conference organised by HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK). It was recognized by the OECD as one of the most important global conferences in the field of Foresight and STI policy.
Renowned Russian and international scientists and experts, representing more than 20 countries and international organisations (OECD, UNESCO, UNIDO, etc.), governmental agencies, development institutions, companies, foundations, leading research and educational centers have gathered online for the the anniversary forum, which was held from November 9 to 13, 2020.
The conference participants discussed a broad range of topics concerning S&T Foresight and STI policymaking, examined new approaches and instruments of R&D management, and exchanged best practices of their application. This time, special emphasis was put on the new challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and new agenda in foresight studies and STI policy.
