XIII International Academic Conference ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’ was held on November 9 and 16, 2023. The conference was organised by the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) will be held within the framework of coordinated by the HSE University the world-class Scientific Centre ‘Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre’, and UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.
The conference participants discussed the best practices of foresight studies and STI development prospects of different countries. The event brought together renowned Russian and foreign scientists and experts.
The conference was organised in the framework of a research grant funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (grant ID: 075-15-2022-325).
