The Ceremony of awarding the diplomas to the graduates of the Master’s Programme “Governance in Science, Technology and Innovation” will be held on June 30. This graduation is remarkable because of the first cohort of the students — participants of the double degree programme with the Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin) (Germany).

The graduates will be greeted by the First Vice Rector, HSE ISSEK Director, Professor Leonid Gokhberg, Head of Unit Science and Research, German Embassy Moscow, Michael Dobis, State Secretary — Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev,  Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Vasily Osmakov, Programme’s Academic Supervisor, Professor Dirk Meissner, Coordinator of the Double Degree Programme in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability, Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin), Professor Jan Kratzer.
