ISSEK POSTPONES SYMPOSIUM 'FORESIGHT AND STI POLICY' DUE TO COVID-19

The Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge has decided to postpone its international symposium 'Foresight and STI Policy' (scheduled to take place from 8 to 10 April 2020), following the global coronavirus outbreak. The move takes into account the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated 5th March #12-УМ, recommendations of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor), recent HSE University’s orders limiting international academic mobility, as well as the increased difficulties for foreign participants traveling from abroad to attend the conference. Rescheduling of the event will be announced in good time to allow participants to make appropriate arrangements. Please kindly follow our website for further information and updates.
