Figure of the day: 109

This year, 109 applications have been submitted for the ISSEK English-language Master’s programme "Governance of science, technology and innovation". The competition was quite tough: more than three applicants per a state-funded place. 

76 applications were received from Russian candidates (including 5 HSE Olympiad winners), and 33 — from foreign candidates. In comparison with the previous year, there has been a considerable increase: in 2014, the programme received 53 applications from Russian candidates and 14 from foreign ones.

In response to this progressive interest, the number of state-funded places in the programme was raised up to 27. Today, the names of 27 lucky applicants enrolled at the Master’s programme have been officially listed on the HSE website.
