HSE ISSEK English-language Master’s Programme ‘Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation’ trains professionals able to efficiently manage technologies and innovation at all stages, from inception to implementation, and at all levels including corporate, regional, national, and international. The programme is offered by HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge since 2014. In 2019 the fourth class has graduated.
