HSE and Seoul National University have agreed to exchange students

Higher School of Economics and Seoul National University College of Engineering, Republic of Korea (SNU) have concluded a student exchange partnership for students of the Master’s programmes “Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation” (HSE) and “Technology Management, Economics and Policy Programme” (SNU).

Being among Korea's leading research universities, Seoul National University ranked 44th in 2013 the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, and 35th in the Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings.

The exchange programme is open for HSE and SNU students who wish to study for one or two semesters in a host institution and transfer credits to their home institution. The exchange agreement gives students of both Master’s programmes a chance to enhance their educational experience and cultural understanding.
