Figure of the day: 24%

of teachers believe that skills in the field of computer and information technologies are what they lack most when it comes to working effectively. These data were obtained in a survey of school teachers that was conducted as part of a Monitoring of Education Markets and Organisations (MEMO) study carried out in the autumn and winter of the 2014-2015 school year.

In second place is the lack of experience in working with students who have behavioural problems (21%).

25% of teachers believe that they have ‘just enough’ skills to work well.
