International Academic Symposium ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’ in the framework of XXIII Yasin (April) Conference
On April 6 and 8, 2022, the HSE University’s Institute of Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge will host the International Academic Symposium ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’ in the framework of the XXIII Yasin (April) International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development.
The best foreign and Russian practices on Foresight-studies and their application for forecasting the scientific, technological and socio-economic development will be presented at the symposium, as well as the topics related to the innovative development of Russian resource regions and creative industries will be discussed.
The symposium is organised under Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre and UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.
The programme of the event (currently under preparation) includes the following sessions:
- Foresight: Best National Practices
- Creative Specialisations of Russian Cities
- Oil and Gas Regions on the Way to Innovative Development.
The symposium will be organised online via Webinar platform with broadcasting to HSE ISSEK's account on VKontakte social media.
Working languages: English and Russian with simultaneous translation.
