The President Noted HSE Researchers’ Contribution to Advancing Science and Education
The website kremlin.ru has published the Presidential Decree №416 of 10 September, 2017 rewarding six staff members of the Higher School of Economics “for major contribution to advancing science, education, and training high-skilled professionals, and for many years of conscientious work”. Among them was Leonid Gokhberg, HSE First Vice Rector and ISSEK Director, who was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland, II grade”.
Vadim Radaev, HSE First Vice Rector, and Ordinary Professor Svetlana Avdasheva were awarded the same distinction.
Alexey Rutkevich, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland, I grade”.
Sergey Kadochnikov, Director of the HSE St. Petersburg Campus, and Alexey Novoseltsev, HSE Vice Rector, were awarded the title of Honoured Economist of the RF.
