The data book includes informationof the Federal State Statistics Service, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), as well as results of own methodological and analytical studies of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge, National Research University Higher School of Economics. In some cases, data for 2015 is preliminary.
