А new analytical report prepared by the HSE ISSEK Centre for Business Tendency Studies basing on the results of business surveys of industrial enterprises is published.

Material has been prepared within the framework of the HSE fundamental research program basing on monthly business surveys of managers of industrial organizations, carried out by the Federal State Statistics Service.
Business surveys are aimed at capturing short-term qualitative assessments made by entrepreneurs on the business situation and key trends of its dynamics, of the functioning of economic entities, their intentions, the established business climate, as well as the major factors limiting production activities. These data are complementary to efficient the official statistics.
Survey program is comparable to international standards and approaches adopted in the OECD countries, and is based on the Harmonized System of the European business tendency surveys.
