The next issue of the Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations (MEMO) information brochures series has been published. The bulletin presents a statistical survey covering activities of educational institutions in lower vocational, secondary vocational and higher education.

The objective of the publication set forth in the introduction is to provide various users with high quality assessments of professional education development in the Russian Federation, based upon the data of the state statistics. Such assessments are required for this complicated, dynamic, multilevel system which provides training of specialists who will be given a qualification corresponding to lower vocational, secondary vocational and higher education.
