During the year: 4 issues of Foresight and STI Governance journal were published in Russian and in English, as well as technological trends reviews, data books (in particular, pocket data books on STI and education in English), business climate reviews (in Russian), and other publications.

Among the key HSE ISSEK projects, the results of the Russian S&T Foresight 2030 served as a basis for the adjustment of strategies and long-term development programmes for regions, economic sectors, state-owned companies, and higher education institutions. The English translation of this foresight study was published. In 2015, ISSEK launched development of the Russian S&T Foresight 2040, which is to be completed by 2017. Also, the third issue of the “Russian Regional Innovation Development Ranking” was highly requested by federal and regional stakeholders and the media.
We’d like to thank all our colleagues, partners, and friends, who helped to make 2015 so rich in events and results!
Hopefully, 2016 will be even more interesting!
