The publication presents individual profiles of the leading clusters, which contain information on their specialization, key participants, products, activities of specialized organisations, the most significant projects, and directions for international cooperation. The structure of profiles is harmonized with the questionnaire of the European Cluster Collaboration Platform. The report sums up the results of the program aimed to support pilot innovative territorial clusters for the period 2012—2015 implemented by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The publication is intended for managers, researchers, teachers, doctoral students, students, and all those interested in innovation and cluster policy.

The publication was prepared within the framework of the agreement No. 294/16 of October 17, 2016 "On provision of services in methodological, organisational and expert-analytical support in the implementation of the priority project of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "Development of innovative clusters — leaders in world-class investment attractiveness".
