Pavel Bakhtin, graduated from Master's Programme ‘Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation’ in 2016. He now works as Deputy Head of the Information and Analytical Systems Unit of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK).
