How can we increase Russian scientists’ share in the global flow of academic publications? These and other issues were discussed during the online debate hosted by STRF.ru. Konstantin Fursov, head of HSE ISSEK’s R&D performance analysis sector, took part in it as a leading expert. Other participants included students and teachers of the “Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation” Master’s programme.
