Pi Indicators
On the 14th of March, the world celebrates the 30th anniversary of Pi (π) Day. On this occasion, we examined how frequently this mathematical constant appeared in our publications. And there were a lot of such π-indicators.
In 2017, ISSEK researchers conducted a survey among candidates and doctors of science in the framework of HSE Monitoring of the Labor Market for Highly Qualified R&D Personnel. In particular, they were asked whether they had studied or worked abroad for at least a period of three months. And Sweden accounted for 3,14% of all the favorable responses to this question.
The staff of the Centre for Statistics and Monitoring of Information Society found that 3,14% of trade organisations use special software tools for scientific research (2016).
